Where we deliver, what it costs and how long it takes.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all 27 Egyptian governorates. Your delivery rate is calculated from the governorate you select at checkout and is shown before you place your order — there are no charges added afterwards.

Delivery rates

Standard delivery is free on every order over 1,500 EGP, to every governorate. Below that threshold, the rate depends on distance:

Cairo, Giza and Qalyubia — 45 to 50 EGP
Alexandria, the Delta and the Canal governorates — 55 to 60 EGP
Upper Egypt — 65 to 85 EGP
Red Sea, Sinai, Matrouh and New Valley — 90 to 95 EGP
Express delivery — a flat 75 EGP anywhere, including above the free-shipping threshold

How long it takes

Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days from confirmation. Express takes 1 to 2.

Friday and Saturday are not business days, so an order confirmed on Thursday begins moving on Sunday. Public holidays extend these windows.

Tracking your order

Every order gets a number in the format ZTS-YYMMDD-NNN. You can follow its status under Account → Orders, from Confirmed through Processing and Shipped to Delivered. Tracking details are sent when the order leaves us.

If delivery fails

The courier will attempt delivery and contact you on the number you provided. If they cannot reach you, the order is held and we will get in touch. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout — a wrong number is the most common reason a delivery fails.
