Our Story
ZTS started the way a lot of Egyptian labels start: a few pieces, an Instagram account, and a stream of messages asking whether we had it in a medium.
We make everyday basics — the pieces you reach for without thinking. A linen shirt that works open over a tank in August and closed with the sleeves rolled in spring. A ribbed tank that keeps its shape. A matching set finished well enough to leave the house in.
The range is deliberately narrow and deliberately neutral. We would rather cut a small number of pieces properly, in colours that sit next to each other in a wardrobe, than release something new every week.
Modest cuts are part of that range rather than a separate line. Longline tunics, high necks, extended sleeves and full-length trousers exist because our customers asked for them, and they are cut with the same attention as everything else.
Everything is designed and made in Egypt.
What we mean by it
Essential
Nothing in the range is there to be looked at once. If a piece will not earn its place in a normal week, we do not cut it.
Timeless
Neutral colours and clean cuts, so what you bought last season still works with what you buy next.
Everyday wear
Comfortable enough for the whole day, finished well enough that nobody would call it loungewear.
Made in Egypt
Designed and made in Egypt. Our pieces are cut and sewn locally, which is also why we can act on what customers tell us — a sleeve length or a rise that is not quite right can be corrected on the next run rather than the next year.
